No IELTS/TOEFL/SAT requirement is published for this Russian-taught programme.

Published for the 2026 intake, NOT yet for 2027-2028. Start of document intake: 1 March for foreign citizens and stateless persons; 20 June for citizens of the Russian Federation. End of document intake: 15 July for those admitted on the basis of entrance examinations; 25 July for those admitted within state-funded places on ЕГЭ results; 25 August for bachelor's and specialist programmes. Registration for ЕГЭ closes 1 February; registration for the All-Siberian Olympiad route closes 15 December.

Published for the 2026-2027 academic year only, NOT for 2027-2028: 102 500 RUB per semester (equivalently 205 000 RUB for the first year, per the university-wide fee table for citizens of the RF and CIS, which includes Kazakhstan). No separate fee for non-CIS foreign citizens was located.
